Friends, it is getting to that time when the organizers of PodCamp San Antonio are going to put it into gear. Many media outlets require press releases 30 days out. So, we’ll be sending those out soon. If you have any media contacts you think we should include, please drop me an email at shaine.mata at gmail.com so we can include them.

Of particular urgency, we are looking for sponsors for the event. We have a budget set, including taxes. We were fortunate to have generous sponsors last year. The urgency comes in that it takes time to print t-shirts, badges, and banners. So, we’ll be sending out requests for sponsorship very soon. However, you are welcome to jump in with your offer of sponsorship.

We have some conference calls coming up this week to finalize our plans. We will keep you updated on the latest.
